In the past couple of years, our growth has exploded, and we are in need of someone to be the driver of change and action for the people who use our solution.

As an Account & Strategic Partners Manager, you will advocate for our customers and partners, working with internal teams to ensure that their needs are understood and satisfied. A few of the exciting accounts that you will be managing include Pizza Nova, US Federal Reserve Bank, Wild Water Works, Marineland, the Toronto Zoo, the University of British Columbia, and the Sony Centre for the Performing Arts.

Volanté is a high growth Enterprise Point-of-Sale SaaS company that prides itself on developing leading-edge hospitality technology that goes toe-to-toe with the largest POS providers in the industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Driving value to our customers and strategic partners by listening to them, coming up with service offerings and solutions, and getting internal stakeholders to address their needs.
  • Making our customers and partners happy (:
  • Leveraging existing business and partners to grow portfolio size. It'll be important to regularly touch up with our clients and partners. This position has targets for portfolio growth.
  • Elevating the customer experience and providing them with solution offerings to meet their needs. This will increase the total portfolio size - which is always a nice thing.
  • Delivering an unparalleled customer experience to our customers and partners. We want them to renew their contracts and subscribe to additional services; not only because our products are amazing, but also because we are a delight to work with.
  • Developing, negotiating, and building successful and long lasting partnerships with Volanté resellers and 3rd party software partners.

What you have

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be the liaison between Volanté and all of our partners, so it is important to have great communicative abilities and to be able to provide updates and action plans. A Bachelor's Degree in sales, communications, business, or management is preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills. You must be customer obsessed. Providing an amazing customer experience should run through your blood. Making our customers successful will make you successful.
  • A proven track record of crushing your quota/target/project metrics. We need a shark on our team to help advocate for our customers. You don't take no for an answer.
  • 2-3+ years of sales and/or account management experience. You need to be able to navigate decision makers and VP/CxO levels within an organization. You are polished and great on the phone and off the phone.
  • A good attitude – you like to have a great time! It's all about making our customers and partners happy, which in turn will make us happy. If you know how to make everyone happy, then we want you!
  • Strong financial acumen, sales and/or HR recruitment will be an asset.
