Volanté creates cutting edge hospitality & restaurant point of sale (POS) solutions. We take part in some of the coolest places such as the Toronto Zoo, Marineland, US Federal Reserve Banks, Sony Centre for the Performing Arts, and many more!  

Volanté is looking to hire a full-time Bilingual Technical Support Specialist. Volanté needs bright and talented people to join us in our growth – and we are currently seeking someone who can assist with English and French-language support for our product.  We need someone to help our customers through technical troubleshooting, and ensuring a great level of care if provided to them.

We love our customers, and so should you! The most important thing is we need people who doesn’t shy away from problems, and will keep trying different things until the issue is resolved. Don’t give up!

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in the Food and Beverage Hospitality Industry
  • Ability to speak fluent French and English
  • Customer service experience
  • Problem-solving skills

Awesome to have:

  • Technical diploma or degree
  • Experience working in the Food and Beverage / Hospitality Industry
  • Experience with technical support, training and installation of POS systems
  • Good working knowledge of Linux
  • Being good at foosball or ping-pong
